Please provide the students name, phone number, and email address in the “notes” section at checkout. The class material, Zoom link, and CDPHE requirements for live-remote classes will be emailed within 24 hours of registration being received. 

All classes are subject to cancellation if we do not receive at least 4 registrations, 24-48 hours prior to class date.
