This Asbestos Awareness course provides students with an understanding of the harmful effects of asbestos, the knowledge to avoid asbestos exposures, and the ability to identify work areas where asbestos may be present. It will also familiarize them with OSHA and EPA standards designed to protect workers on the job site, among many other important topics.
Asbestos Operations & Maintenance (O&M) - $250
This course provides initial training for maintenance workers involved in general maintenance and asbestos material repair tasks. The course agenda includes: Federal and state regulations, proper asbestos related work practices, respirator use, care and fit testing, protective clothing, hands-on training and proper documentation procedures.
This course is 16-hours and is approved by the state of Colorado and meets all the requirements of the EPA and AHERA (Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act).
This course is paid for by the employers.

Asbestos Abatement Process and Guidelines - $49.99
This course is 2 hours, it provides initial and basic training for adjusters, and anyone who is interested on learning the process and guidelines of a full containment of Asbestos Abatement. The course agenda includes: 6 Step Sequence Full Containment (hands-on), Decontamination process, Final Clean, Air Clearance and Tear down.
