DESCRIPTION:Contractor/Supervisor initial training for persons who supervise asbestos work site activities and perform project monitoring. In addition to the core topics of the Asbestos Worker course\, this course features advanced topics for site supervision\, including effective supervision techniques\, specifications and contract documents\, legal issues\, insurance and bonding and supervision of abatement work site activities. \nThis course is 40 hours and is approved by the state of Colorado and meets all the requirements of the EPA and AHERA (Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act). \nThis course requires an annual 8 hour refresher course to maintain accreditation. \nClass is subject to cancellation if we do not receive at least 4 registrations\, 24-48 hours prior to class date.
